Walmart has a cream called calmoseptine
Just take a nice glob and rub it on there

My stool has been soft so that’s why I’m confused lol. Do I just sit on pillows?

I got them a lot with my second pregnancy, I used a cream and wouldn't strain when I pooped lol

How do you not strain though? How long did it take to go away?

@aengl I was constipated from my zofran so I got the ok to take laxatives and the one after birth took about 2 and a half weeks
