I'm sorry for what your goin through mama. Honestly though, when you're ordered to do supervised drug tests, that's just what it is...a supervised drug test. They aren't going to change around the rules and do it any differently for any one person. Before you know it, every Tom, Dick and Harry has "special circumstances" as to why they need to be provided the opportunity to take their test an alternate way. Do you know how many people are in and out of those drug testing facilities on the daily? A WHOLE bunch and EVERYONE gets the same treatment, no matter who you are, where you come from or your history. That is.... stand behind this curtain, fill the cup to this line, put the lid on... thank you, NEXT! It kinda sucks but it is what it is, and what it's always been, unfortunately.

If you understand this why judge and make assumptions. Why would anyone in their right mind apply for a job if they weren't going to pass a drug test. I get that there's people that do it, but it's stupid to try if you're going to fail.

Now that nest back I got more of the story, he tried for 45 minutes with a full bladder but couldn't do it with someone standing there. He was molested several times as a child so having someone there triggered his ptsd. Which I can definitely believe because if I'm in the bathroom getting ready he has me step out to use the bathroom. He sent an email to the lady he interviewed with and explained that situation and asked if there was any other way he could have taken the drug test. But unfortunately it's a supervised pee test only.
Usually they will allow you all the time you need. Surely he could drink enough fluids to go eventually. ??
