Rant and needing advice please**
I'm being trained at my current job for a new position as a senior care counselor which entails a particular aspect of supervisor role. I had orientation over the weekend and the lady orientating me had sneaked her boyfriend in and had him in laundry room. Anyhow the other staff that we supervise was there and she is a snitch. Thus wasn't the first time it happened but first time for me. So where I'm going with this 👉 I will be supervising the snitch as the girl orientating me is filling in to I start the position. So I don't want anyone having anything over my head. Like if snitch and the sneaky one have a fight no more pals the snitch would rat her out an put me in it for certainty that I know. I feel like I'm put in a situation that is uncalled for. I don't want sneaky boyfriend in trouble but I don't trust snitch girl cause I've seen her work. She was smiling all nice with other supervisor and the supervisor use to drive her home and she went to the office with a book on her 😳. Should I tell my boss? Plus I dont want backlash from sneaky boyfriend 🤦🏽♀️ grrr like shy can't ppl just go to work and do what there suppose to do 🤔😤 like this shouldn't even had happened f it me to be put in this situation 😔

I would say something .. bc you owe these people nothing. You entered this role and they seem to be testing you. In the end .. why put your job on the line for covering someone else who doesn't care about your position?

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week.
