think i need to keep my boys awake a bit more during the day as they are NOT sleeping at night at all, wide awake. HOW DO I KEEP THEM AWAKE?!
just did my glucose test and im so amped up on sugar right now...i keep shutting my eyes to doze off and then i get extremely awake again! lol i started having Braxton Hicks contractions from the intensity of it meanwhile my son was kicking my guts in half. lol it was like Tang times 10!! i loved it... 💗😂😴😲

I had my daughter 10 days ago. I am ebf but wondering when to pump. I haven't quite mastered timing yet and only do so once a day. should I pump more? also how do I know my daughter is getting enough to eat? not to mention people say to keep them awake while they feed but she always sleep eats. how do I keep her awake to eat? I feel bad trying to keep her up all the time for eating. please help

Completely normal for their body clocks to be off at this age. You will struggle to keep them awake, just keep the house dark, quiet and calm at night, they will soon get the idea :) x

You can’t really lol! They do go through leaps of development and they can be fussy and have random sleeping patterns during them stages it won’t last long hun xx
