You will sleep more as time goes on trust me. Just keep a good schedule for the twins. That's what I did. Since about 7 months they have been sleep through the night. I also cut out night feedings at about 4 months old. By 3 or 4 months they were sleeping better at night. Not waking as much. When they wake at night keep it as dark as you can and no talking and no eye contact if you can and get them right back to sleep after you do what you have to do with them. I never rocked or held them to sleep. I just put them in their rock and plays and they would fall asleep on their own without crying. Also use white noise or a fan to drown out noises. But keeping a schedule with twins is key. Feed at same times, wake at same times and sleep at same times. If you don't do that you will never sleep. Good luck
