So I left the app for a while after my miscarriage in July, and went through 2 months of doctors appointments that ultimately led to me having surgery to fix a low rectovaginal fistula and to fix my sphincter muscle from when I had my son in 2015 and had 4th degree tears as well as an episiotomy on top of it that didn’t heal properly. I was devastated and had too much going on to keep myself updated on the app the past few months, so now I am 6 weeks post op and my husband and I are once again on our TTC journey, staying hopeful that we will conceive again soon. I started prenatal vitamins again, and I am using ovulation tests to keep track. Do any of you ladies have any tips on what you did to conceive? All help is greatly appreciated ♥️

Trying to relax and have fun and sex as many times as we wanted when we wanted. No set schedule

Yes absolutely, we got pregnant our first try in July, but ended in miscarriage so now that we are able to try again after my surgery we are having fun with it and I’m trying not to stress or go crazy over trying, but definitely tracking ovulation and logging everything to have the most accurate information for when we do conceive!
