I want to talk to my doctor about using a different med to make me ovulate. The hcg trigger shot didnt work and I'm worried it wont work the next time either so I want to try something else but was wondering what else is there that works? I'm on Clomid and it made me produce 2 good size follicles but the shot didnt make me ovulate. I cant find anything else but the hcg trigger ao any recommendations is much appreciated...Thanks...

Ive heard really good things about letrozole. I may look into that.
It doesn’t always work the first try. We did the combo of both and didn’t conceive till our 6th and last cycle.

Same but I never took tigger shot . Only clomid and u got pregnant the 3 month on it and it help me with ovulating
I was on clomid almost 2 years and the hcg trigger for a few months. I ovulated and got pregnant way after not getting the trigger shot. So its safe to say that the clomid workes without the shot. Good luck.
@woodley02 i was also on pregestrone to have a regular period and metformin because i have PCOS. stay prayerful and consistent. Clomid works. It nay take a while, but its worth it.
