Can someone please tell me what medicine or remedy is safe to take (and actually works) for heartburn during pregnancy?! I'm ready to sleep but can't because I'm in pain and so uncomfortable!
I just ate a banana (per Google's advice) which seems to have brought some relief. But I'm scared to lie down 😩

Ranitidine is the generic brand and it’s been a complete lifesaver for me for like almost 3 years now.
