My doctor gave me visteril and I took two of them, it relaxes you and within two hours my water broke

there’s not much else you can do. Walking and doing squats will help the baby lower into the birth canal and sped up labor. But if you body isn’t ready you have to wait. Try taking a bath and relax. You are very close.
