any tips kicking junk food to the curb after baby? like for the first few weeks? its my third baby i know what i have to do to get back where I was but the first fews after baby and getting back on the routine of being healthy again is hard. its like quitting ciggerates.. what worked for you?
Just dont buy bullshit! Make a list and stick to it. Better yet, make the list and have someone shop so you dont get tempted to veer from list.
Meal prepping allows you to eat immediately to avoid snacking.
Lots of water or tea. (Sometimes thirst feels like hunger) I like to add chia seeds for some extra fiber.
Keep healthy snacks like plain popcorn, ricecake, carrots and dip, apple and nut butter, hardboiled eggs etc.
Fill up on veggies when you can.
