One of my favorite chicken recipes happens to be Tex-Mex lol
Chicken breasts
1 can of:
Rotel
Corn
Black beans
1 pack of Fiesta Ranch mix
And a block of cream cheese!
Put it in the crock pot for 4hrs and you’re good to go! Shred it when you’re ready to eat it, serve with rice or on tortillas 🤤
