I was going to say hit the gym but youβre only 3 months postpartum so maybe wait a little. For now just focus on your diet. Increase protein, decrease carbs and sugar. Donβt drink your calories. Walk a lot.
Vegetables and white meat also fiber whole wheat anything such as whole wheat pasta or whole grain bread . Avoid all process junk food . If you stick to eating Vegetables,whole wheat whole grain bread and white meat you'll notice a difference in 1 or 2 weeks. Drink water no coke,sweet tea or anything that has sugar in drinks unless the sugar is natural sugar that comes from bananas pineapple strawberries blueberries . I eat very healthy and I feel great that my body is getting what it needs.
