Is diarrhea a normal symptom of teething? I’m getting mixed answers when I look it up via google. My 7 month old is teething pretty bad. At the beginning of this week he had a low grade fever, was quite irritable, and was pooping more than normal but it wasn’t diarrhea. This morning he has no fever, he isn’t irritable, but has diarrhea. Is this normal?
