I’m 30weeks today.
So yesterday I attempted to slide a box with the Xmas tree in across the floor with my foot, I felt a little pop a pain across my lower belly. Like I’d pulled a muscle. I put a pad on in case of any discharge if I had done anything & I have crutches coz I suffer with my hips and just plodded on as we do..
This morning I’ve woke up and gone for a wee and I have all this (pic in comments) is this normal or do I need go get checked out? I’m still in pain to the point I’m still using my crutches.

I’m only worried as it only started after I pushed the box with my foot (I know I shouldn’t be moving things heavy but jobs need to be done 😂) xx

Sounds like you just strained yourself ha :) But yeah looks like your plug...will grow back so dont worry xxx

I wouldn't be concerned about the discharge, but I'd probably get the pain checked out. I am a worrier though x
