After a year Lester and I decided we are moving I have had it with our landlords it all started when we first moved it and the rent was a day yes a day late because I couldn’t get to the bank to deposit the money because our road was nothing but ice I told them just to take it off our card they took $600 instead of the $425 we call them and told them they took to much they told us that it can be a deposit never mind we already paid before we moved it .They told us a week in advance that someone is coming to take pictures of the house to post online for sale we hired a professional to come out to clean and got a hotel the night before that way it wouldn’t get dirty what happens she post on a home owner page saying that the people who are currently renting didn’t clean it well last week when it was nice outside they had painter to come out to paint the house they left trash in our yard I told them to please come and pick it up since it was not ours they said they would before they left well our landlord came up to pay the painters she then messaged me saying I needed to clean the yard up I told her that was from the painters I told them to pick it up before they left she then said we was breaking the lease and said we had one more chance if we broke the lease they have no choice that they would have us removed ummm ok?? I looked over the Lease so many times not once have a seen we can get kicked out over trash in the yard I did go outside and cleaned it up the next day in the pouring rain
