Does anyone know why a possible job wants to check my credit I know my credit score is low is that going to hurt me possible prevent me of getting the job
Some want to see it to determine if you are capable and ‘responsible’. I’ve had it checked for a job before.
@rayofmysunshine well that sucks I have student loans medical bills lots of them and a internet bill
@tosha6, I’d disclose that then. I don’t see how it could make the situation worse by telling them. If you have a plan implemented on taking care of it. Then let them know. Show responsibility.
@rayofmysunshine I read the email again it said it may include a credit check I thought about emailing her about it
When I applied for my job ( medical records/billing) they did a credit check because I would be dealing with a high volume of money. And I guess they think if you can’t handle your own money how will you handle there’s.
What kind of job is it? I've never heard of that before and that sounds kind of sketchy. I don't know why they would need that info..
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Anyone have credit cards? My husband wants to get one to help build his credit but also start and build credit for me. Anyone know of one?
any moms who work in medicine or healthcare feel like knowing too much is sometimes a bad thing? ugh, I swear my job gives me so much anxiety regarding my pregnancy.
Bad Credit and a Charge Off
Help please ? has anyone ever successfully negotiated(with payment of course) with a credit card company to remove a charge off from your credit report? Is it even possible?
@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer.
My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk out...
They wanna see how you take care of your credit. Yes it could hurt you.
