Had my membranes swept last week, caused me to have the “bloody show”. Had my appointment today & nothing has changed so she did another membrane sweep but with 4 fingers. She said my cervix is still high up, 50-60% effaced and only a centimeter dilated.

@savannahrae my doctor wants to do a membrane strip at my next appointment and I'm definitely not excited. 😅 I'm about the same as you, 50% effaced and 1 centimeter dilated.

Has anyone tried evening primrose oil to start soften they cervix ? My sister did it and she had her baby this morning at 39 weeks
