Hello everyone my name's Courtney I'm 22 and I'm having my first baby in June I'm extremely scared because I'm doing it all on my own. I don't really have much family support in my life and since finding out I've been pregnant my stress and anxiety levels have been extremely hard to control especially working where I do is there any tips anyone can give me would be much appreciated
Good to know that the father of mine just didn't seem too care I took off out of his life because of the stress I was dealing with when I was with him
@courtneylynn22 yeah some people can just be so harsh. I just don't understand why or how can someone not care when they know it's their child. Like how heartless can u be. No they aren't born yet but when they are they will be born and not have a daddy (or a mommy in some instances), and they don't care or even think about how that'll affect the baby/child in long run. I guess some people are plain selfish.
First of all congratulations! Secondly take everything a day at a time. Keep your chin up, you got this! We can turn ourselves inside out during pregnancy but you'll be a great mom. If you are looking for anything in specific or need to chat feel free to mesaage
Thank you hunny I've already been in emergency room twice since being pregnant it just scares me to death I'm going to miss carriage before the 20 weeks is up
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
I had my first on my own as well. Father ditched me a week after finding out that I was pregnant. I was super scared.
But as everyone told me which turned true for me, once the baby is born ur internal mother instinct takes over. Ull do just fine.
