You cant have a grandson who is 15 months old and See him 5 times in his whole life (while living 5 minutes away) and then feel like you have the right to blast our choices over his hair style all over Facebook.... you dont get a say so in that! He doesnt even know who you are. He is not "your Joseph Michael" .... you have made no effort to be in his life. The 5 times he has seen you is because I have gone out of my way to track you down and brought him to see you and it was like we were a huge bother or inconvenience. I have always said I will not chase any one to be a part of my childs life. And I stand by that. You dont want to be there. Dont. You weren't there for me. They arent missing anything but the heart ache i went thru, and I think that is better for them in the long run. And all of the sudden you have a problem with his hair being in a ponytail bc you thing he looks like a girl! Ugh..... so irritated!
Also I'll mention, my husband and father in law and basically every man in their family all have long hair and pony tails.... so she is basically shaming them as well, which she does any way bc she thinks shes so much better than every one but that's a different story for a different day.

🙄 I hate those types of comments I use to get them all the time and also the question " when are you going to cut his hair show him that he's a boy". I always said I'll cut it when he wants to you ass! he recently got it cut at age 4 because he chose to and before that it was to his shoulders, like why does it matter to you how my son wants to have his hair smh. your son is beautiful and has beautiful hair so they can suck it 🤷🏻♀️

That's because it isn't a big deal. My youngest rocks a man bun/ponytail alot since he has curly hair and some days doesn't want it touching his face. Its just hair, it doesn't need to be buzzed for people to know they're boys or long to know they're girls.

He's adorable, I miss my son's ponytail. 😩 Everyone said he looked like a girl too, but I didn't care. They never went as far as to talk crap on social media though. For me that'd be a quick way For them to get blocked on Facebook!

@boys.everywhere ugh I just added her back too like 2 weeks ago. I try with her I really do. It sucks to have such a sucky relationship with your mother. I refer to her as my Incubator..... 🤷♀️

I can imagine, I have lots of toxic family members. It's like you want to try because "they're family," but they sure don't make it easy lol.

He’s adorable!! I’ve missed seeing the pictures of his cute little face! She can screw off because he is who he is and he is yours! My oldest has a ponytail now in high school and it’s his choice and no one messes with him either!
