Haven’t got my period in over a year. But today I had pink discharge and after that it turned light red for about an hour then stopped.
Could it be my period or implantation bleeding?
All yesterday I had left ovarian pain :/

Ovulation spotting maybe. If implantation you will get positive test in 2-3 days. Or could be period coming. Never know 🤷🏻♀️
You can take a pregnancy test or ovulation test to see if you’re pregnant or you’re ovulating. Because, the bleeding could’ve been both. Or setup appointment with a gynecologist and get blood work done to actually know what is really going on with you. It could be numbers of things or it could be your hormones, and the only way to know is to check your levels by blood work. Baby dust🧚🏼♀️👼🏼.
Implantion bleeding is 6 dpo to 12 dpo and its rare. If you havent had a period over a year could be your period or ovulation bleeding
