Thoughts on having really bad headaches ?? Plus nose bleeds? I've been having headaches and nose bleeds for the past week or two :(

Could also be caused by high blood pressure have you had it checked lately?
Maybe get a humidifier to help the nose bleeds and the headaches sometimes just happen, wear your hair down so there’s no pressure and drink plenty of water
Yay for migraines I have them almost everyday, sometimes with nose bleeds sometimes not. Today my nose bleed was so bad it was pouring out of my nose and I couldn’t breathe and was choking on the blood going down my throat. This is after it calmed down.🙃
