Any moms know how to soothe the burning when you pee after birth ????

I made sure to always pat the toilet paper, not wipe, and definitely use the little squirt bottle if you have one. Did they give you numbing spray?

Yes I agree with all these ladies that's all you can really do

I took mine home and used it almost a month helps the soreness a lot and feels good ;)warm water and don't press hard to wipe after

USE the bottle they gave you in the hospital to squirt it on you each time you use the bathroom.helps a lot.feel better
