I was induced with my first after I went beyond the 42 week mark without epidural or additional interventions. Second one came all naturally without any interventions at all. Neither experience can be compared. Best wishes. Happy healthy baby and mommy at the end.

I was induced at 41 weeks. Went super fast, with in 3 hours.

I had an induction scheduled for 41 weeks. Went into labor naturally at 40w3d. As long as their is no medical reason to do it earlier My dr will schedule inductions anywhere between 38 and 42 weeks (they don't really like going to 42 but they will)

I was just induced Sunday. I tried without any more drugs than just nitrous oxide but got the epidural 24hrs in, because my body wouldn't progress. After I got it, I felt nothing more than really intense pressure. And went from 1cm to 10cm in 3hrs. It is the same case that it is really going to depend on your body as we are all different.
