What do you guys use for baby eczema?? I heard ointments work the best although it’s greasy/oily..

Thanks I’ve been using eucerin eczema relief and it cleared it up I just ran out and used olive oil ..when I use a lil it doesn’t moisturize her as good so I put more then it clogs her pores so I definitely need to get some more lotion asap

try your breastmilk!! It worked wonders for my daughters eczema.
