Yes babies must always ride in a car seat. The Graco Click Connect car seats are excellent infant car seats. The minimum weight limit is 4 lbs for most of them.

Always amazed At the amount of seats that come into seat checks totally wrong. I did roughly 30 checks today and only 4 were right! Lots of babies are now safer in the car!
