I’m really losing hope that my daughter will be potty trained anytime soon. I introduced her to her potty even let her pick it out when she was just a little over a year but didn’t actually “potty train” just let her get comfortable with it. Now she’ll potty sometimes. Just yesterday she pooped in the potty twice (even told me she needed to go) and she’s good about peeing in it some days. But lately I can get her to sit on it a few minutes and nothing but as soon as I put panties on her she’ll either poop or pee (usually poop within 10 minutes of having them on) I even let her pick out her own panties cause she carried them through Walmart and was so excited and for about 2 days she did really good. One of those days she only had 2 accidents all day and they were both kind of my fault. Idk what else to do. I tried sticker charts, prizes, fun songs, we made a potty dance, I sit on the potty beside her, we have the “potty talk” multiple times a day every day, I tried a timer and nothing is helping. 😫😫😫😫😫😫

I have been potty training my 2 yr old for 6 months now lol he pees in the potty just wont poop in it!!

Some just aren't ready that young my daughter will be 3 in January and went through EVERYTHING you just mentioned what seemed liked forever. I even posted about potty troubles here as well. I decided to buy her a box of fruit gummies her favorite snack and told her everytime she went pee and poo I would let her have it..it finally worked at 2yrs 8m. Every child is different on timing I had a few trained by the age of 2..alot just go at there own pace I do understand your frustration though
I’ll try the gummy thing cause she has this one kind from Walmart that she would eat all day if I let her lol if I don’t see any progress though would it be better to keep going or take a short break from it?
don't lose hope momma it may take her longer that its ok she'll get there patience is the key I'm learning that to girl. but keep at it she'll pick it up
I’m really hoping she catches on soon. I babysit a 3 year old and that’s helped tremendously cause you know they always wanna do what the big kids do but it’s like she won’t sit still long enough to actually go or something and I don’t want to force her but Idk how to make her understand either 😫 this is hard lol
Potty training diaries :
Today was our full day of potty training - Asher has 0 accidents , made peepee in the toilet afew times and even pooped once ! So let’s just say it was a success today 🙌🏻 let’s hope the same for tomorrow and forever lol
Early potty training (correction: early elimination): how many of you tried and how successful was it? Every time I try, it’s too late, the baby already peed or pooped and I cannot read her facial expressions to tell that she is due in advance 🤷♀️
Any tips on potty training girls?!?! She literally comes to tell me that she has pooped and drags me to change her but I can’t get her on the pot. She’ll use it when she wakes up in the morning but that’s because I bribed her with a cookie 🤦🏽♀️. I’m out of ideas now

How often should you take a child to the potty when potty training to get them to stop peeing in the diaper? She doesn't poop in her diaper and will yell and scream if I don't let her poop on a potty... now how do we get her to do this with pee?
My son is almost 3 and everyday is a new day. Some days we have no wet pull ups but he refuses to let me know he has to go poop .
Every time I ask him, did you poop he will say no. And I check and there it is .. poop. Ugh!
