I'm taking b 12 tablets 5000mg for my iron do they help boost up your iron levels?

@alexisroger200 it could work as a co-vitamin kinda think but I am not familiar with that. I do know that vitamin c (like orange juice) helps you absorb the iron where calcium tends to decrease your ability. B12 is an energy booster on it's own, I started taking it a few months ago and love it!
@alexisroger200 I just googled it haha. It does help keep your blood iron levels in range but I would assume you'd have to have it in the first place, are you taking a prenatal as well?
I dont know about it boosting your iron but b12 is a great vitamin for reproductive health and energy overall. The 5000 mg is because it's a tablet, your digestive system only absorbs so much so it has to be a higher dosage. Besides it's a water soluble vitamin, what your body doesn't use you pee out :-)
