I switched to the arm implant, Nexplanon, after giving birth. I loved the Nuva Ring but since I'm breastfeeding I could do it, it tends to dry you up. So far loving the implant, I havent gotten any side effects, it ended up completely stopping my periods, and last for 3 years.
