I have a terrible cold my throat is so sore I can not eat anything and if I do it hurts so bad . Anyone no what I can do or take to heal a sore throat 😞

What can I give my 5 year old for a sore throat So my 5 year old started with a small cold yesterday. Typical runny nose. Well today he’s gotten much worse. He has a bad cough his voice is changing because his throat is so sore!! What can I give him to give him some relief?!?
Do anybody else gets really really bad cramping and body is so sore you can't move?? This has never happened to me before with none of my kids I can barely walk and I have things to do???

Honey and lemon water is great and natural. Otherwise honey tea.

My mom used to have me gargle hot salt water to clean bacteria from my throat!

Boil water and add squeezed lemon in it. It will coat your throat. You can add honey too.

I had the same issue about a month ago and my husband made me some decaf lemon tea and it actually helped.
