Okay so question for breastfeeding moms, if I decided to pump does the milk go into the bottle first then I transfer it to the storage bags? Also does any brand bottle fit any breast pump? I hope this makes sense
You can try the kiinde breastmilk storage bags. And purchase an attachment that goes to your breast pump and it directly pumps into the bag. They also have an attachment where you can attach a nipple onto the breastmilk bag to feed directly from that.
It's nothing to stress over! Most people just pump into the storage bottles that come with their electric breast pump. That's what I did. I had the Medela pump with my son and therefore had a bunch of those storage bottles. Then with my daughter I wanted the Spectra pump but didn't want to buy a bunch of Spectra bottles. So I just found the converter online. Just use the bottles that come with the pump and get a few extra. Pump into those. And then pour into the bags you got if you plan on freezing the milk. Then you can just use whatever bottles you want to feed from - they don't have to be compatible with the breast pump. It's pretty simple! Message me with any questions.
Bottle is standard and what I do. I pump into a bottle and pour into a bag. Not all bottles fit every pump which is why I use a converter. It allows me to pump directly into my Medela and Avent bottles using my Spectra pump. It basically allows you to pump into either a wide neck bottle or a thinner neck bottle. It's very helpful to have! ссылка
You can get adapters for certain pumps so you can pump right into the storage bag. And not every bottle fits every pump so you'd have to Google which ones are compatible.
