Help my son is 2 and only had 3 wet diapers all day. He will bearly drink and keeps getting sick. My husband is the only one home with him. I am suck working a double after getting done a midnight this morning. Last time I talk to my husband was at 9:30pm my son had been sleeping since 4pm. My husband was also checking on him every hour to make sure he was alright. I just don't know if i should take him to the Er first thing in the morning when I get done work or see if he can eat and drink tomorrow before i do anything.
