@ivegot10, if done correctly it can help keep a balanced blood sugar level, lower cholesterol, improve digestion and aid in weight loss! I love it. I feel differently days I do IF and days I don’t.
I think this is something I will start doing myself. Thank you for the info. Do you have a link that would help me do it the right way?
I actually saw a news report the other day on it. Dr was saying it's really good for you, and gives your gut a break.
@ivegot10, ссылка here’s general info on IF. I try to follow the leangains method, but sometimes I only make it 14. Anything over 12 hours your body starts to adapt so I always aim for 13+.
