I'm moving into my new home which is a brand new build flat through accord housing association, will it come with appliances or with flooring already fitted , just wondering to know what I have to buy

Mine is with accord wasn’t a new build tho. I had to get everything myself. The council(depending on your area) usually offer funding. X

Make sure it has openreach cables otherwise you will wait forever for your phone and broadband. I work for Sky and deal with talk and broadband orders that have been delayed due to new build properties not having the cables etc. So find out if the building has the cables otherwise you might wait a while xx
