Has anyone ever lost their muscle in their stomach (Diastasis Recti) after pregnancy and what did you do to regain the muscle?
I’d definitely seek out a physical therapist if you have diastasis recti. Some regular abdominal exercises can often make things worse by strengthening the muscles on the sides and weakening the connective tissue between.
I agree, seek out a physical therapist. I was told that most traditional core strengthening exercises actually make DR worse.
