Question for you moms. My 6 week check up is Tuesday. Me and hubby tried having sex last night but I hurt so damn bad. I know I just had a baby and all but how long does it hurt like this? Like my nails were digging in him that's how bad it was hurting.

I felt like that too! But it got better for me around 6 months postpartum. Hopefully it improves for you too!
Sex has always been painful for me. But after giving birth it hurts even more - for months at a time. I'm so nervous to have sex again this time around. A tampon kills so yeah this won't be fun. It's different for everyone though of course.

Just give it a little more time. You will REALLY need to foreplay hard. Make sure you are absolutely wanting that D and not forcing it. A little lube as well. For me ive always had perinium problems so it could be the area around your vagina that hurts more than your actual vagina.
