My poor bubby got so sick yesterday. It was beyond scary! She started throwing up to the point of dry heaving, wouldn’t nurse, and started acting sleepy and lethargic. It came on so fast! I took her to urgent care and many tears, hours, some zofran and pedialite later she started feeling better. This was the first time she has gotten sick and I never want it to happen again! She is still acting a bit sleepy this morning, but hasn’t thrown up and is able to nurse again. One thing that helped distract her at urgent care was the mirror on the back of room door, she loves mirrors. Couldn’t help but capture her staring at herself in all her chubby glory.

The doctor said there has been a bad tummy bug going around, and thinks that’s what it was. She is back to her normal self today ❤️
