If its thrush I would contact her pediatrician. She would need medicine to clear it up. Thrush can be very stubborn.

I read that if it wipes right off it's not thrush. My daughter gets residue on her tongue and I just wipe it off with a warm washcloth. She hates when I do it but it's necessary and she gets over it real quick.
