Eczema I have on my neck and arm

looks like eczema. My daughter has it and she puts lotion or cream on it and it's fine. It's just a dry patch or something is making you break out. Laundry Soap, perfume, etc...

Were you on antibiotics?

Might be an allergic reaction to something. But go get it checked out.
