I have a question...I gave birth to our daughter a month ago on October 6th. I know you are supposed to wait the 6 weeks before you start having sex again...Well my boyfriend and I had sex last week without a condom but he pulled out.. WELL I'm stupid and had sex just the day before without an condom and he also pulled out AGAIN, when i went to the bathroom yesterday, whenever I wiped I had a pinkish mucus discharge. I am also 5 weeks postpartum now. Well today I went pee again and there was a mucus like discharge but it was like a peach like color. My boyfriend and I talked about it and if I'm pregnant we are fine with it but I am not sure what the color of discharges mean. Could I be pregnant again? I have also been having headaches, feeling sick, my eyesight has been blacking out like I'm going to faint (I have not fainted), and I am eating a lot. I had to have an emergency C-section also

I hope you are able to carry baby full term. Having a c-section is way different and I lost 2 babies after my c-section

The only way to know is to test. If you don't know where you're at in your cycle, a good rule of thumb is to test 18 days after unprotected sex.
Hard to know. Only way is testing. Youre likely seeing blood because youre still healing and shedding postpartum garbage.
Well it's like mucus like kinda sticky light pink the first time and the second time it was like a peach color and this mucus always comes out everytime I use the bathroom which is weird

I still was having some blood at 5 weeks pp so my guess is it’s related to giving birth and not pregnancy. But if you don’t want a baby, I would say get on a birth control and give your body time to heal. Are you breastfeeding? Some people get their periods back pretty quick, but breastfeeding can delay. Could it be the start of your period?
I had a emergency C-section but pushed for 3-4 hours and I started breastfeeding in the hospital but once we came home she stopped latching so we started her on formula the week after

So I know that In the Latino culture you’re suppose to wait the 6 weeks (quarentena) to be able to have sex again. I’m currently at 5 weeks and I cheated and had sex last night! It had been too long! Did any of u do it before the 6 weeks?
I’m assuming the peach color is caused my some green/yellow discharge mixed with your pp bleeding (which can stop and start again). The color of you discharge would typically be indicative of infection. I’d call your OB, and ask to come in to get checked out.
