Iv been off my birth control for about a month and I’m trying to figure out if I would if ovulated it not yet just to be aware. But Iv never really been able to tell.

I get pains in either ovary that let me know I'm ovulating. Lines up with my period/fertility apps. They're much different than gas pains, so it's easy to tell which is which.

Yes but only because I’ve tracked it and know what to look for now. The best way to know is by temping because if actually confirms ovulation. OPKs won’t confirm but can detect the surge.

I know, because I tracked for a long time and learned my bodies signs. The best way to know for sure is to use opks.
