I am done being a landlord as soon as this lease is up! 😭😭😭😭😭
I lived in the house for 4 years and never had any issues. They have been there 4 months and have already costed me more than half that I’ve gotten in rent.

I don’t think it did. They did most of this all themselves. I’m pretty upset. The contract says any changes to the house must have permission from us in writing

ah. You should read it to make sure. But that is cause for eviction to me.

it’s not their property to make changes. They have to have consent.

Why would you pay for the broken sewer pipe if you did not brake it ? You should charge the person who did.

It is hard being a landlord. Especially when tenants don’t treat your home as if it were their own. Good luck the remainder of the lease!
