1st Trimester Weight Gain Who else gained more than the "average" 4 lbs during the first trimester?? Just found out I gained 10 lbs!!!! Ughhh!! Super upset about that!!!

Yes! I gained 40 lbs! 4 weeks pp and I’m already back at my pre pregnancy weight

Ugh I’m up almost 40 and my doctor is making me feel terrible about it

really!! I asked my doctor if I was gaining to much and they told me no they weren’t worried about my gain. I went from 128 to 168 and baby was 2 weeks early and only 7 lbs

yeah I feel like they should consider all things... I was training for a show and was at 11% body fat which is so u healthy so technically if I was at my normal healthy weight I would’ve gained 15-20 pounds by now but I was underweight 🙄
