I’m already an extremely empathetic person. I’m already a pretty emotional person. So, I don’t know if it’s this pregnancy or what but I’ve been a wreak all day. Between the shooting in Thousand Oaks, and now this fire by Chico, I cannot stop crying.

I just watched a video of a dad singing to his young daughter who was scared the flames were going to reach them as they evacuated. It’s so sad.

These children shouldn’t haven’t to be scared.

These people who died in the shooting shouldn’t have.

Today is a hard day, and I’m not even directly effected by any of this.

I’m not a super religious person, but man, I’ve been praying so much today.
