December 17th!! Day I'm getting induced.
Has any other mommas been induced and if so did all go smoothly?? Or did you have complications? I'll be 39 weeks December 17th.

I had to be induced with both my girls. My first I woke up my water broke but I wasn’t having any contractions so they had to induce to start them and it caused my baby’s heart rate to drop so I had to get an epidural to calm her down (I was trying to go without again) but after that things were fine. My last I was induced at 40+1 weeks and it took some time but was good. I thought this last was pretty nice because of being induced I had a plan and someone to keep my kids and didn’t have to stress and worry about getting out the door in a hurry with 3 kids and bags and everything

Okay so overall everything went good. I'm glad to hear that ♡ I'm alittle nervous about getting induced because I've heard you can have alot of complications..

I was induced at 39 weeks...I had gestational diabetes and my age was a worry for them. It wasn’t very smooth for me...I had tons of contractions. I was only 1 cm dilated when I went in, my water broke on day 2 and 18 hours later, I was only 2 cm. I had an emergency c-section. I was not progressing fast enough and didn’t want either of us to get any infections. Hopefully, yours will go smoothly. Everyone is different. Oh, they thought my baby was going to be over 9 pounds...she was 6 pounds 8 oz!! I should have waited another week. Lol

I was induced a week over due. I delivered with in 3 hours. I tore but healing went well.

I was induced at 37 wks 5 days and it went really well. It actually went better than my first one did that I wasn’t induced with.

I was induced with my first and had an induction scheduled with my second but he came on his own the day before he was going to be evicted. I had high blood pressure with both and than had preeclampsia with my first. Combined with her stomach being under the 3% the doctors felt she’d do better on the outside. The contractions with my induction came fast and ended fast but I felt like I never really got a break. Once I got my epidural I literally slept until it was time to push (other than having to turn from side to side every few hours). She was out in 3 pushes (also only weighed 5lbs). My second labor was a lot more painful to me and a lot more didn’t go my way. Wishing you a quick and easy labor and recovery
