Start having sex on day 8 of your cycle. One of the biggest myths is a woman ovulates on day 14. This is only if you have a consistent 28 day cycle. Anything can disrupt when you ovulate which will affect your cycle length. For example, you get sick during your fertile period and ovulate on day 12 that cycle. You would have a 26 day cycle that month. So if you started having sex on day 13, you probably missed your peak fertile period. It is the days BEFORE ovulation and the day of that greatly increase your chances of pregnancy. Since you can honestly ovulate from days 8-17 (longer if you have a very long cycle) it is important to start gaving sex on day 8 if your cycle. For most women this is right after or a few days after their period ends. I hope this helped you! ❤
