Update: I’m now 18 days late, but got a negative pregnancy at 14 days late. 😫 I don’t understand!

Keep testing weekly until your considered a month late, if your period doesn't come by then, contact your doctor for an appointment. I had this problem with my last pregnancy. My period was super late, and negative HPTs! But I got my positive at 3 weeks late! I had ovulated late. My doctor told me to do the above if I didnt get a BFP or my period by the end of the month!
