No worries momma's ,, they numb your arm the only thing I didn't like about that part is that they use the epidural needle i personally hate needles lol but when it's numb and they put it in you don't feel nothing your arm hurts for a couple days ,,, it's good for 3 years ,, I have not gain weight at all ,,,, mood swings yeah kinda haha but it's not to bad

I have the arm implant so far so good honestly I haven't had no problems with it
