I have quickening, and it started at 14wks for me, plus I didnt ask you, and my doctor also said it's a myth and it depends on the women. You cant tell me what i feel.
I felt baby girl's kicks at just before 18 weeks. I had felt her quickening at 16.5. I was laying in bed and was not expecting it but I guess she either wanted to touch back or did not like my hand where it was lol.
That’s around the same time I felt flutters from my son and then with my baby girl it was at 9 weeks. By your second pregnancy you’ll know what it feels like and you’ll be able to tell if it’s gasses or the baby.

Babies don’t kick until 20 weeks into your pregnancy if this is your first baby.
