I had excruciating pain after eating undercooked chicken at Chick-fil-A and another time an undercooked burger so perhaps that caused it? I had pain all over my belly I thought I was having contractions but no way because it was constant pain. So be careful with undercooked foods.

I've been having the same thing all day. It's pretty intense pain too. Idk what's causing it and I'm scared to look it up because Google always says something that scares me lol
