First trimester symptoms, horrible cramps but no bleeding... anybody else experience this? They come and go! My dr said it’s fine if there’s no bleeding or spotting - just wondering if anybody else has this issues.

I had period like cramps until maybe 9 weeks. Now its more like pulling, stretching pains after sneezing or coughing.
Yes I had the exact same thing and everything was perfect my entire pregnancy. My son is now 3 weeks old
Same here. I had the same with my first and this time around it's a million times worse 😫 so worth it in the end tho!
Is it your first baby? If so yes I had the same cramping like symptoms with my 1st along with a tad spotting which is very normal. It’s everything expanding and getting ready to carry a baby. Don’t be alarmed
Ok thank you bc I was so worried last night I was cramping so bad I started sweating but my dr said if there’s no blood everything will be ok
Yeah mine was rly bad last night almost like a tummy ache but worst. I swear I googled and it said appendicitis or miscarry... ppl!!! Don’t read shit on google Hahahaha scared me half to death.
